Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and kitchen systems in assigned facilities. You will assist Mobile Engineers and Control Systems Technicians and perform defined tasks independently.

Responsibilities include maintaining lighting, assisting with building maintenance, minor plumbing and electrical work, and completing special tasks.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid state driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lighting systems including bulbs and ballasts.
• Assist operations with building and equipment maintenance.
• Perform general interior maintenance (HVAC/R coil cleaning, kitchen equipment maintenance).
• Carry out minor plumbing repairs.
• Complete special tasks such as painting, locksmith work and tenant services as assigned.
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies.
• Follow policies for safe storage, use and disposal of hazardous materials.
