Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen systems at our Cleveland/Medina, OH facilities. You will assist Mobile Engineers and Controls Technicians and perform defined maintenance tasks as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently or in a team.
• Technical training completion is desirable.
• Frequent lifting, bending, and driving required.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts.
• Assist operations in maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
• Interior maintenance such as HVAC/R coil cleaning and kitchen equipment upkeep.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs and other general maintenance tasks.
• On-call after-hours for emergencies.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
