Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in repair and maintenance of commercial buildings/health care facilities.
• Perform at least two of: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general maintenance.
• Fluent in English and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain lighting fixtures, ballasts, and circuits.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing and fixtures.
• Repair and assemble furniture; patch walls and install tile.
• Operate and service HVAC systems and controls; replace filters.
• Respond to on‑call emergencies and after-hours maintenance.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and complete work orders on time.
• Assist with new equipment installation and project setups.
