Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience repairing and maintaining commercial buildings, educational environments, correctional facilities, or healthcare facilities.
• Fluent in English (spoken, read and written) and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
• Repair, replace, and maintain lighting fixtures, outlets, and electrical circuits.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and after-hours maintenance requests.
• Keep facilities clean, safe, and in good working order.
• Complete work orders and document actions taken in logs.
