Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in repair and maintenance of commercial facilities.
• Ability to perform skilled tasks in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting or general maintenance.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain electrical systems including lighting fixtures, ballasts, and outlets.
• Perform plumbing maintenance including toilets, drains, valves, and water systems.
• Operate and aid in repair of HVAC systems; replace filters and lubricate components.
• Carpentry work such as furniture repair, patching walls, and tile work.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and complete work orders promptly and professionally.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and logs.
