Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in repair and maintenance of commercial buildings, educational environments, correctional facilities and/or health care facilities.
• Perform skilled work in at least two of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in staff safety meetings.
• Open, document action taken, and close on demand and preventative maintenance work requests using a PC and PDA.
• Perform other assignments as needed and/or assigned.
