Job summary

Morgan Properties seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot service issues (HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, plumbing) and keep homes in excellent condition. You will maintain both interior and exterior areas, respond to tickets promptly, and communicate clearly with residents and staff.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing repair experience.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas per standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate clearly with residents and office staff regarding repairs.
