Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for our 1,387-unit community. You will handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, and respond to service tickets to keep the property in top shape.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus, not required.
