Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician to maintain our community facilities and respond to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner. The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and resident satisfaction while adhering to company standards and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• HVAC, EPA, or CFC certification preferred.
• At least one year of related maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards and legal requirements.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate repair updates clearly with residents and office staff.
