Job summary
Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for our 332-unit community. The role involves trouble-shooting HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing issues to meet company standards and legal requirements.
Expect on-call rotation, clear communication with residents and staff, and responsive ticket resolution. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with 50% rent discount and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid
Qualifications
- HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing issues troubleshooting.
- Active, valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle.
- One year of related maintenance experience or equivalent education.
- EPA/CFC certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot maintenance service issues across HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
- Maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards and laws.
- Respond promptly to maintenance tickets and communicate updates to residents and staff.
- Be prepared for emergency events and participate in on-call rotation.
