Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Lima, OH is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and kitchen equipment in the building. You will assist Mobile Engineers and Controls Technicians and perform defined tasks to keep facilities running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an applicable technical training program is desirable.
• Minimum one year of building repair and maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lighting systems, bulbs and ballasts.
• Assist operations with building and equipment maintenance and repair.
• Interior maintenance including HVAC/R cleaning and kitchen equipment upkeep.
• Complete special tasks (painting, locksmith work) as assigned.
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies.
