Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities. You will perform defined tasks independently and assist the operations team with repair efforts while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires 3+ years of building repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 80 lbs, with on-site work in Portland, Oregon and nearby Vancouver,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in general building repair and maintenance.
• Basic plumbing and basic electrical knowledge.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lighting systems including bulbs and ballasts.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Complete interior and exterior maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Perform inspections and report on conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies.
