Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Lima, OH is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support operation, inspection, and maintenance of building systems including HVAC/R and kitchen equipment. You will assist Mobile Engineers and Control Systems Technicians and perform defined tasks with safety and efficiency in mind.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• 1 year of building repair and maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and use ladders up to 30 ft.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations in maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
• Perform interior maintenance including HVAC/R cleaning and kitchen equipment upkeep.
• Handle minor plumbing repairs and lighting system maintenance.
• Complete special tasks such as painting and locksmith work as assigned.
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies and adhere to safety procedures.
