Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Engineer for Lima, OH, to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC/R and related production equipment. You will perform repairs, ensure energy efficiency, and minimize downtime across facilities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, universal CFC certification (or within 90 days), and 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R and electrical/plumbing maintenance. CMMS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days).
• 4+ years of building engineering experience with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical and production equipment maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Perform repairs to building interiors, exteriors, fixtures, and systems.
• Study equipment and methods to ensure proper operation.
• Conduct inspections and due diligence to support client occupancy and operations.
• Update work orders and submit P-cards daily.
• Use CMMS (Corrigo) for all work performed.
