Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support operation, inspection and maintenance of building systems including HVAC/R and kitchen equipment in Grand Rapids, MI. You will work with Mobile Engineers and Control Systems Technicians on maintenance tasks and stand-alone duties.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and valid state driver's license.
• Desirable: completion of technical training program.
• At least 1 year of general building repair and maintenance experience, basic plumbing and electrical.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations with maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
• Interior maintenance (HVAC/R coil cleaning, kitchen equipment maintenance).
• Perform minor plumbing repairs and lighting maintenance.
• Complete special tasks (painting, locksmith work, tenant services).
• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies and follow safety procedures.
• Participate in training and document work and materials.
