Job summary

JLL is hiring a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic for on-site work in Lima, Ohio. You will support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment, working with Mobile Engineers and Control Systems Technicians.

You will perform tasks such as lighting maintenance, HVAC/R cleaning, plumbing repairs, and general interior upkeep. The role requires self-motivation, ability to work independently or in a team, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in general building repair and maintenance is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts.
• Assist operations in maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
• Interior maintenance including HVAC/R coil cleaning and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs.
• Complete special tasks such as painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
