Job summary

Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Tech II to support two apartment communities in Seaside and Hammond, Oregon. This full-time mobile role requires a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance to travel between sites and complete work orders.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in property maintenance with experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair, plus strong safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds.
• Collaborate with property managers and other team members to prioritize tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
