Job summary

CloudTen Residential seeks a Roving Maintenance Technician to cover multiple properties across the Portland metro area, performing preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will help keep the community safe, clean, and well-maintained while delivering excellent resident service and responding quickly to requests.

Qualifications

• Previous property Maintenance Technician experience or equivalent training.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance under the supervision of the Community Manager.
• Perform appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool, custodial, and carpentry work as necessary.
• Ensure exterior curb appeal and cleanliness of grounds; walk the property and manage debris and pet waste.
• Assist in daily pool/spa maintenance, laundry, recreation, rental office, restrooms, and common areas.
• Maintain high standards of resident service and relations for the entire staff.
• Ensure apartments are made ready after vacancy and maintain inventory control of tools and supplies.
