Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Tech II to support two apartment communities in Seaside and Hammond, Oregon. Mobile Maintenance Technician II - Seaside & Hammond Oregon

Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Mobile Maintenance Tech II to join our team and support two apartment communities-Hudson's Pointe and Parkview Commons Apartments located in Seaside and Hammond Oregon.

We’re looking for someone with 2 or more years of experience in property management maintenance, with well-rounded skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of general maintenance tasks to keep our communities operating smoothly and safely.

This is a mobile position, so you will need a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance. You’ll be traveling between multiple properties to complete work orders and support onsite teams.

Location: Seaside and Hammond, Oregon
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Wage Range: $28.00-$30.00/hour (DOE)

Additional Compensation:

• $150/month auto reimbursement
• Bonus opportunities
