Job summary

Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Tech II to support two apartment communities in Seaside and Hammond, Oregon. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel between properties to complete work orders and support onsite teams.

You will perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair, respond to requests promptly, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure

2+ years of property maintenance experience preferred.
Strong general maintenance knowledge and safety awareness.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds.
Collaborate with property managers and other team members to prioritize tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
