Avenue5 Residential, LLC is hiring a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities in the Portland, OR area. You will perform a wide range of repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure high standards of curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year in property management or related field, with carpentry and basic trade skills. Valid driver’s license and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsabilités

• Address a broad range of apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor or manager.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and related areas.
• Carpentry tasks include wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement and window/door repair.
• Conduct preventative maintenance such as painting, lighting, and safety checks.
• Maintain the work order system and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Promote safety and risk management and communicate issues to leadership.
