The role focuses on property maintenance tasks, including turns, minor electrical and plumbing, grounds upkeep, and resident requests. You will work 24 hours per week and contribute to a clean, safe living environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain common areas, grounds, and exterior cleanliness.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and perform preventative maintenance inspections.
