Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across a variety of building systems in the Greater Orlando area. The role requires experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building repairs, with daily travel between sites and independence in a field-based setting.

You will be part of CBRE's Engineering & Technical Services, receiving company vehicles, uniforms, tools, and a company phone/tablet to support

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
Universal CFC certification and valid driver’s license required.
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, life safety, and control systems across facilities.
Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain supplies and tools.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to meet design specifications and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
Operate company-issued vehicles for daily work responsibilities.
Share knowledge across multiple trades and mentor others.
