Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of four years' proven experience as a building engineer.
• Universal EPA license required.
• Mobile maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, life safety, and control systems to keep facilities up to standards.
• Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials, and manage inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and oversee emergency repairs.
• Review inspections of HVAC, fire alarms, plumbing, and other systems to ensure compliant operation.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
