Job summary

Ascend Technologies seeks a Field Engineer to perform onsite IT support across Oklahoma City client sites. You will resolve desktop, server, and network issues, and support VPN and remote access deployments.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to interact with all leadership levels. You will manage tickets, maintain documentation, and coordinate with client relationships teams to ensure service quality and fast incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and system support.
• Assist with WAN/LAN, firewalls, and security.
• Assist with VPNs and Remote Desktop Services.
• Maintain documentation and tickets and track status.
• Communicate status to clients and triage live support calls.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams when needed.
