Ascend Technologies is seeking a Field Engineer to support our Oklahoma City clients onsite, providing desktop, server, and network troubleshooting with a strong customer-service focus.

You will work in a mobile role, engaging with business partners and executives to resolve IT issues and improve operations. Experience with Windows/Server, AD, and VPNs is valued; a degree is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite deskside support for desktops (Windows/MacOS).
• Provide first level onsite systems support for Microsoft products and cloud apps.
• Perform onsite network support including WAN/LAN, firewalls, and security.
• Assist with remote access solutions including VPNs and Remote Desktop Services.
• Provide recurring on-site maintenance and end-user support; track status in ticketing system.
• Update technical documentation and handle escalations from help desk.
• Communicate with clients about incidents and outages; relay observations to managers.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
