Job summary

Tier4 Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Mobile Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain native mobile applications and SDKs for IoT-enabled devices in a cloud-enabled environment.

You will own end-to-end mobile development, including BLE connectivity, app deployments to Google Play and App Store, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver performant, reliable mobile experiences that scale across devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years native mobile development experience (Swift iOS OR Kotlin Android) and React Native.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, APIs, and cloud integration.
• Experience with BLE and sensor-based mobile apps.
• Experience deploying apps to Google Play and Apple App Store.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, user-centric mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Develop and maintain mobile SDKs for integration into third-party apps.
• Interface with Bluetooth stacks across major mobile platforms for device connectivity.
• Manage end-to-end deployment lifecycle for apps via Google Play and the App Store.
• Collaborate with team to test, profile, and optimize code for performance and reliability.
• Participate in Agile processes and sprint planning.
• Partner with product and design to shape mobile UX and technical solutions.
• Contribute to mobile development best practices, including automated testing and version control.
• Support scalability and integration with backend services and IoT hardware.
