Fieldpiece Instruments seeks a Principal Mobile Architect to own the architecture and technical direction for our native iOS and Android apps. You will lead the build of in-house mobile capabilities, linking apps with Bluetooth/BLE devices, cloud services, APIs, and data platforms while remaining hands-on.

• Proven experience building production-grade native iOS and Android apps.
• Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, security, testing, and release management.
• Experience with AWS, cloud architecture, APIs, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and technical direction for native mobile apps.
• Establish in-house mobile engineering capability and standards.
• Lead design and code reviews and ensure scalable, secure solutions.
