Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking an ASSURE Inventory Service Associate (temporary contractor) in Tempe, AZ to conduct patient field retrieval activities in support of the Supply Chain Operations and Returns Team.

The role includes inventory management, courier inventory for fittings, and travel to patient homes and facilities to collect and return the Assure garment and WCD system. Flexible hours and travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check completed after offer.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proof of motor vehicle insurance.
• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule return services with prescribers, caregivers and patients.
• Perform inventory management including cycle counts.
• Move inventory to sites for fittings at hospitals, patient homes and clinics.
• Accept daytime, evening, and weekend assignments as needed.
• Travel to patient homes and healthcare facilities for retrieval services.
• Assist patients in packing the Assure system and components.
• Review and transmit essential paperwork for receiving the Assure garment and WCD system.
• Coordinate and drop off retrieved equipment at Kestra shipping partners.
