Thrpartners is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory using a mobile store model. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and on-site product demonstrations, with accountability for daily sales reports and data accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong analytical skills, and a proven independent work history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenure: ideally no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years.
• Must reside in the assigned territory; relocation not offered.
• Must purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
• Must have a clean driving history.
• Physical ability to kneel and bend regularly for mobile-store operations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new prospects and call on businesses near existing customers.
• Present solutions using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: maintain cleanliness and functionality of the mobile store; submit daily reports.
• Maintain accurate customer data in company software.
