Job summary

Executive Talent Management Consulting is seeking a Territory Manager to drive industrial hardware sales across a defined Wisconsin territory from Green Bay. You’ll operate a fully mobile store, prospect new customers, and present solutions face-to-face to span transportation, aerospace, manufacturing, and more.

Candidates must reside in the territory, own or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Must have a strong tenure background: max 3 companies in 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep the mobile store clean, functional, and report sales orders and calls daily.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contact information and notes in company software.
