The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Territory Manager to represent our mobile industrial hardware solutions across a defined Missouri territory. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, prospect new customers, and close sales face-to-face.

This role requires residence in the territory, the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving record. Independent work and consistent achievement of targets are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects near existing customers and on cold prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep your mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales and calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact details in company software.
