Job summary

Workforce Recruiter seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales for a mobile hardware store concept across a defined Alabama territory. You will prospect, present products, and close deals using your mobile store to reach customers in manufacturing, transport, aerospace, and government sectors.

This role requires residence in the territory, a valid driving record, and the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: outside industrial sales experience, especially in route/industrial sales.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and Sell: Develop new sales prospects near existing customers and make face-to-face calls.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep your mobile store clean and report daily sales data.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contacts and notes in company software.
