Job summary

Management Performance Associates invites a Territory Manager to drive growth across a defined North Carolina territory by promoting industrial hardware via a fully equipped mobile store. You will prospect, present solutions, and manage store operations while building strong customer relationships in manufacturing, transportation, aerospace, and more.

A proven outside sales background and a valid driver’s license are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
Strong tenure with minimal job hopping desired (max 3 companies in 10 years).
Must be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.

Responsibilities

Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
Present Solutions: Demonstrate products via sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Manage Operations: Keep your mobile store clean, functional, and marketed; submit daily sales and prospect reports.
Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact data in company software with notes, names, and addresses.
