Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to sell industrial hardware directly to customers in a defined geographic territory using a mobile storefront. You will prospect, present solutions, and manage daily operations of a fully stocked mobile store.

The role requires living within the territory, the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving history. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, no job hopping; the ideal candidate has a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and sell: Develop new sales prospects via research, referrals, and calls.
• Present solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: Keep the mobile store clean and functional, submit daily reports.
• Data integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
