Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC seeks a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware via a mobile store to a defined geographic region. Candidates must reside in the territory and be able to acquire or lease a mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, and bend/ kneel regularly for stocking tasks.

Key duties include prospecting, presenting solutions with product demos, and managing daily operations and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
Job stability: Must have a strong tenured background, with a max of 3 companies in 10 years.
Skills: Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficient with databases and spreadsheets.
Attributes: Independently driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects through research, referrals and calling on businesses near existing customers; perform face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Manage operations: keep the mobile store clean, functional, and marketing-ready; submit daily sales orders and prospect calls reports.
Data integrity: maintain customer contact information in company software with accurate notes and addresses.
