Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to bring our fully stocked mobile stores to customers across a defined Washington territory. You will cold-call, prospect, and sell industrial hardware directly at the customer's site, using product demos and sample boards from your mobile store.

The role requires a high school diploma, a stable employment history, and the ability to travel and maintain operation of a mobile store.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, referrals, and cold and warm calls.
• Present products and services using sample boards and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, and marketing of your mobile store, and submit daily reports.
• Keep customer data up to date in company software.
