Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to bring our mobile hardware stores directly to customers within a defined geographic territory.

The role emphasizes cold-calling and prospecting to grow sales across sectors including transportation, aviation, facilities maintenance, aerospace, medical, and government. You must reside in the territory and be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, with a clean driving history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Must have a clean driving history.
• Ability to kneel and bend to the floor regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: Develop new sales prospects and call on businesses near existing customers; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present solutions using product demos and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: Maintain cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily reports detailing sales orders and calls.
• Data integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
