Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store and deliver industrial hardware directly to customers in a defined geographic territory in the United States. The role requires cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face customer engagement within the assigned region.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong analytical and organizational skills, and experience with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer information using company software.
