Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC seeks a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers in a defined geographic area via a fully stocked mobile store. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face sales to grow the customer base.

You will manage mobile store operations, maintain customer data in the company software, and submit daily reports. Residency in the territory is required; relocation is not available.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Strong tenured background; ideally no more than 3 companies in the past 10 years.
• Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation not available.
• Must maintain a clean driving history and be able to operate a mobile store vehicle.

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research and calling on businesses near existing customers; face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain cleanliness and operation of your mobile store; submit daily reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Keep customer contact information up to date in company software.
