Job summary

Joseph Michaels International is seeking a Territory Manager to lead our mobile store sales across a defined geographic region in Wisconsin and nearby markets. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and presenting hardware solutions directly to customers using our fully stocked mobile store.

You will manage daily operations, maintain CRM data, and drive consistent sales growth while meeting customer needs in diverse sectors, including transportation, manufacturing, and facilities

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, with a maximum of 3 previous employers over the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills are expected.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
• Ability to work independently and a proven history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers.
• Present products and services using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store and submit daily sales reports.
• continually maintain customer contact information in company software.
