Job summary

MJ Recruiters, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager in the United States to deliver mobile industrial hardware to customers within a defined geographic territory through a fully stocked mobile store. This role emphasizes direct field engagement and on-site customer interactions.

You will prospect, present solutions, manage mobile-store operations, and keep customer data up to date, with an emphasis on independence and consistent attainment of sales goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Outside industrial sales experience preferred, especially in route or industrial sales.
Strong stability: ideally max 3 companies in past 10 years.
Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information—notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
