Job summary

The Recruiting Hive in Dayton, OH is seeking a Territory Manager to lead a mobile-store sales approach, delivering industrial hardware directly to customers across manufacturing, transportation, aerospace, and related sectors.

You will prospect and sell, present solutions using demos and your mobile store, maintain operations and data integrity, and build a strong, independent track record of meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Strong tenure with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years; no job hopping.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects near existing customers and make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep mobile store clean and functional; submit daily reports of sales orders and calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
