Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business within a defined geographic region in the United States. You will operate a mobile store, engage customers face-to-face, and deliver industrial hardware solutions directly to clients across sectors.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong prospecting skills, and the ability to manage daily field operations with integrity. Residency in the territory is required, and relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation not available.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily sales reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
