Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to bring our mobile store to customers across a defined geographic area. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and presenting industrial hardware directly at customer sites.

You will manage operations of your mobile store, maintain accurate customer data, and work independently to achieve sales goals with a hands-on, field-based approach.

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Outside industrial sales experience, esp. in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Job Stability: Tenured background; max 3 companies in 10 years preferred.
• Skills: Analytical, reasoning and organizational skills; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.
• Attributes: Ability to work independently and proven goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects via research, referrals, and calls; face-to-face visits with prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, demos, and the mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep mobile store clean, operating, and marketable; submit daily reports with sales and calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact info in company software.
