Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers across a defined geographic territory. This field-based sales role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and in-person visits with mobile stock and product demonstrations.

You will manage a fully stocked mobile store, maintain strong customer relationships, and report daily activity. Residency within the territory is required, and you must be able to finance or lease a mobile store vehicle.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
Must have strong tenured background; ideally a maximum of 3 companies in the past 10 years.

Responsibilities

Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store and submit daily reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
