Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers across a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face visits with a mobile store approach.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and a proven track record in independent sales. Relocation is not offered and the role requires driving a mobile store vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Experience in route or industrial sales is a plus.
• Must have a clean driving history.
• Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation is not available.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
