Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager in Lakeland, FL. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, prospect in a defined geographic territory, and sell industrial hardware directly to customers.

Relocation is not available, and you must own or lease a mobile store vehicle with a clean driving record. Key duties include presenting solutions from your mobile store, maintaining store cleanliness and operation, and submitting accurate daily reports.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Industry experience: outside industrial sales is preferred.
• Job Stability: strong tenured background; max 3 companies in past 10 years.
• Skills: analytical, reasoning, organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business apps.
• Attributes: independent worker with a proven history of goal attainment.

Responsabilités

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calls on prospects near existing customers; face-to-face visits on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Show products and services using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep your mobile store clean, functional, and properly reported; submit daily sales reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate customer information in company software.
