SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store delivering industrial hardware to customers across a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and presenting solutions directly at customer sites using a mobile storefront.

The ideal candidate will reside in the territory, be able to purchase/lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, preferred.
• Strong job stability; ideally no more than 3 companies in 10 years.
• Must reside within assigned territory; relocation not available.
• Ability to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
• Must have clean driving history.

Responsabilités

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store and submit daily reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
