Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering mobile industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic area.

You will rely on cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face meetings to grow the customer base and revenue. The role requires you to operate a fully stocked mobile store, perform product demonstrations, and maintain accurate reports and customer data within company systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell to new customers within a defined geographic territory.
• Present products and services using samples and demonstrations from a mobile store.
• Maintain the mobile store’s cleanliness, operation, and daily reports.
• Keep customer data accurate in company software (contacts, notes, and addresses).
